As an end-user, it is however not possible to change an existing workspace&#8217;s configuration. If you want to change the configuration of an existing workspace, there are two ways to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 1 \u2013 Create a new site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The easiest way to change the configuration of a workspace, without having to contact\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MetaShare support<\/a>\u00a0is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/staging-help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-create-a-workspace\/\">Create a new workspace<\/a>, using the &#8220;right&#8221; configuration.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/staging-help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-move-documents\/\">Move documents<\/a> from the old workspace to the new one.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/staging-help.metashare.com\/en\/adminmanual\/how-to-delete-a-metashare-workspace\/\">Delete the old workspace<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 2 \u2013 Change the site\u2019s configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact <a href=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MetaShare support<\/a>\u00a0to change the configuration of an existing MetaShare workspace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When a workspace is created it is configured with all the settings defined in the selected workspace configuration.
