Organization name<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Shown in the top right corner to inform the user what organization they are signed in to. By default, this is set to your organization’s name in Entra ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select default language and regional settings, which will be preselected on all new workspace configurations.

Path to MetaShare’s document templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To be able to\u00a0create documents\u00a0<\/a>from within MetaShare\u2019s user interface, a document library for MetaShare\u2019s document templates needs to be created, configured and defined<\/a>. Once this is done, just paste the path to the document library and paste it into the \u201cDocument template library\u201d field.

Then you will be able to open the document templates library by clicking on the “Manage document templates” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Path to SharePoint’s search results page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you search for documents<\/a> in MetaShare and you want to see the search results in SharePoint’s search results page, you can click on a link “Show results in SharePoint”. This will open a new browser tab where the results are shown in SharePoint’s standard search results page. To get a better search experience, the recommendation is to create a customized search results page<\/a>. Once this is done, just paste the path to the created custom search result page and paste it into the \u201cSharePoint\u2019s search result page\u201d field:
